Jennifer Colangelo

Jennifer Colangelo, J.D. Candidate, Rutgers University School of Law, May 2007; B.A. Mathematics, Trinity University, 1994.

Ms. Colangelo has several years experience in the IT industry, working as both a Web developer and as a trainer. She currently works as at Educational Testing Service, creating Web applications using J2EE.


Daniel B. Garrie

Daniel B. Garrie, J.D. Candidate, Rutgers University School of Law, May 2006 with a focus in Cyber Law Litigation; M.A. Computer Science, Brandeis University, 2000 with course work in Artificial Intelligence; B.A., Computer Science, Brandeis University, 1999.

Mr. Garrie is President of D&D Network Design, a firm specializing in delivering complex international web enterprise applications focusing on Web Sphere and Microsoft .Net platforms. Mr. Garrie worked with the Department of Justice (DOJ) where he provided technical reviews and analyses of e-Government projects concerning (1) e-Clearance, (2) e-Authentication, and (3) Secure Web Portal Design. In addition, Mr. Garrie identified and devised a series of strategic technological improvements by designing XML data models, ensuring system compliance with the Government Paperwork Elimination Act (GPEA), and enhancing electronic document/records management systems for civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Garrie also represented the DOJ in multiple inter-agency working groups within the Emerging Technology Sub-Committee CIO council. Mr. Garrie holds multiple technical certifications for IBM, Rational, and Microsoft technologies. He has also published several papers on Web Enterprise Technologies, Electronic Case File systems, and has been an advisor to domestic and international internet technology startups.


Matthew J. Armstrong

Matthew J. Armstrong, J.D. Candidate, Rutgers University School of Law, May 2006 with a focus on Corporate and Securities Law; B.A. Economics, Drew University, 2002, Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Armstrong currently works as a law clerk for Kenney & Kearney LLP, a law firm specializing in complex civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Armstrong has previously worked in the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission's Enforcement Division as a summer honors research associate. Mr. Armstrong has several years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in stock and option trading.
